It's easy.. BUT IT WAS ALWAYS EASY! It's just that people like complicating and editing everything manually, I NEVER edited the sources.list manually in jaunty, and had MAAANY 3º-party repos.. It's just thing of going to: system>Administration>Software Sources.. or something like that.. xD.. then, in the tab that says "third party", you click on add, put the repo url, and voila! does everything..
