You must have hidden yourself under a big rock in the middle of nowhere! It’s not a concept anymore, dude! Ever heard of DockbarX?

do these: gnomenu + dockbarx + talika + win7 gtk theme + win 7 icon pack. Tried that, have fooled many people with that fake win 7.
Now, I think I’m not gonna try these things since I already love the default Ubuntu theme + cairo dock

Anyway, for topaz brainstorm, you can try to make anything looks real by using any kind of software or mockup method, so if you could find a full installer to mockup ubuntu into like this thing, it would quite be not possible
